"I'm the hell and high water"

Olivia's dad blew minds with that comment but seeing Olivia in this coat really pushed us over the edge.The beautiful Kerry Washington in the Burberry Fall 2013 white caped dust coat was just as epic as the season premiere of Scandal. Fashionably Olivia picked up right where she left off last season and we love it. Still prestigious...still trendy....But most importantly she still wears the white hat.
